These terms and conditions outline the working relationship between John Nguyen and clients engaging freelance cinematography services. They are intended as a starting point and can be updated as your business evolves.
Bookings
A project is considered booked once the scope, schedule, rate, and required deposit have been agreed to in writing. Any changes to the scope may require an updated estimate or schedule.
Usage and delivery
Final deliverables, usage rights, storage periods, and delivery formats will be agreed upon for each project. Raw footage, project files, and unused material are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Cancellations
If a project is postponed or cancelled, any completed work and non-refundable production costs remain payable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
